I will definitely call Distinct Heating & Cooling for all my HVAC needs! I am very happy with my furnace tune up today. Aidan was very professional and went above and beyond. This is my first time owing my own home with a newer furnace and Aidan took the time to give me some education on how things work, what I can clean, proper filters etc. and took the time to answer all my questions. Easy to book and received lots of information ahead of my appointment including a photo and bio of the technician, Aidan, who would be servicing my furnace. Aidan was on-time, informative, and provided excellent service - going so far as to recommend some changes that could be made in the house and providing insight into future work that may need to be done. Distinct just completed an A/C and humidifier installation at our house (a 1960s bungalow). The quality of the workmanship is second to none- the reason we only rely on Distinct for all our HVAC needs. Quality is something you should receive if you pay for it, and Distinct holds up their end of the deal every time. We really appreciated how clean, efficient, and knowledgeably the job was done. Kristian (and partner) did an amazing job and went the extra mile cleaning up the original drainage to accommodate the new install. It looks fantastic along with the rest of their work. We had our air conditioner installed last week by Distinct, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nate, the owner, visited our home a couple of weeks ago to assess what kind of unit would best suit our needs. We were immediately impressed by his knowledge, expertise, and commitment to doing things the right way.

Having an efficient furnace, and a company that installs and does yearly checks to make sure it's running properly and having the same staff over years tells me that this is a true and trusted company to be putting my Warmth in their hands. As well as checking the air conditioner once a year. If you're needing a new furnace, this is definitely the way to go family run very organized company with safety in mind. .

Our old furnace was a mess, and Distinct came in and put in a new furnace and heat pump for us. The install was very professionally done, they take the time to do every step not just right, but clean and well put together. Great experience, and I would highly recommend if you need any HVAC work.

We have used Distinct Heating & Cooling for 10+ years for our furnace and air conditioner. We really only need them for yearly maintenance, in my opinion, because they do such a great job with servicing and we never have any other issues. Super nice staff and happy with all services.

He serviced our furnace and AC as well as installed new CO2 detectors in the house as they expired this year. Explained everything he was doing and provided clear answers to all my questions. Had Distinct come to our house a few times for various jobs. Each time I appreciate the work that they do. On the last occasion Ed from Distinct finished his job, left. Immediately afterwards I noticed an issue and then gave him a call. He was back within minutes and fixed this new issue. It was unrelated to the initial job he was there for, but that didn't stop him from helping. I appreciate the quick return and fix!

Our family recently moved into a new house which had an old Air Conditioning unit which wasn't working at all. This was just as Calgary was starting to hit 30 degree temperatures... We did some research on Heat Pumps and decided that was what we wanted for our home. I reached out to Distinct Heating & Cooling to explore further. Nate came by the house and did a very thorough look over our existing system. He walked us through options we could look at and went over things in detail. He was very up front about the work that would need to be done and the costs. We decided to go with the Heat Pump and put in a new High Efficiency Furnace. Nate was there for day one of the installation and we also had Kristian and Jaden there for the work. It was a two and a half day project and it went very well. Like I read in other reviews, Kristian and Jaden were tidy, friendly and informative with us. They answered any questions that we had and explained all that had been set up once the work was done. The Heat Pump has worked very well and we're absolutely happy to have installed it. It cools the house nicely and works well with our Solar Panels (which power the house). We had a very good experience with Distinct and would absolutely recommend them.

He arrived on time for my regular AC tune-up and also resolved an issue with my new Ecobee thermostat, which was having trouble communicating with the HVAC system properly. Our family recently moved into a new house which had an old Air Conditioning unit which wasn't working at all. This was just as Calgary was starting to hit 30 degree temperatures... We did some research on Heat Pumps and decided that was what we wanted for our home. I reached out to Distinct Heating & Cooling to explore further. Nate came by the house and did a very thorough look over our existing system. He walked us through options we could look at and went over things in detail. He was very up front about the work that would need to be done and the costs. We decided to go with the Heat Pump and put in a new High Efficiency Furnace. Nate was there for day one of the installation and we also had Kristian and Jaden there for the work. It was a two and a half day project and it went very well. Like I read in other reviews, Kristian and Jaden were tidy, friendly and informative with us. They answered any questions that we had and explained all that had been set up once the work was done. The Heat Pump has worked very well and we're absolutely happy to have installed it. It cools the house nicely and works well with our Solar Panels (which power the house). We had a very good experience with Distinct and would absolutely recommend them.
