I had my AC unit serviced today by Owain. I was also having some noises coming from my furnace. Owain did a complete check and took the time to explain exactly what was happening. Fortunately, it was nothing serious. My AC unit was cleaned, all the parts checked and one part was replaced under warranty. It is now running at top efficiency. I have always been very pleased with my service and repairs with Distinct Heating and Cooling. They are reliable, honest and skilled.

Distinct Heating & Cooling installed 2 furnaces and a hot water take in our home in July 2025. Their staff Owain came back today (July 2026) to doing the annual maintain on the furnaces. Owain was very patient and explained and showed me all that he was doing and took extra time to show me what needed to be done to keep our air conditioner in working condition. Excellent service with installation last year and again today with routine maintenance today.

We recently moved into a new place that had had some questionable DIY renovations done over the years. Due to this, the vent in the master bedroom was making extremely loud popping noises when the furnace came on and it was becoming impossible to sleep. Jordan came out to take a look and he was able to tack part of the ducting to the vent opening to try and stop the noise. It thankfully worked and I no longer have to wear ear plugs to be able to sleep! Both Jordan and Nate were extremely honest with me up front about the fact that this may not work (and that the ducting may have to be redone in the future), so I’m thrilled that the popping has stopped for now. Will definitely recommend this company to family and friends!

Distinct installed a double set of furnaces and AC units. The pre-job discussions with Nate were very thorough and honest. The installation by Kristian & Jaden was top notch from start to finish. These gents had a great work ethic with a high knowledge and skill set to complete the job. Their cleanliness and respect of our property during the job was great. Super nice as well! A very clear and understandable walk through of the systems was provided at the end of the job. Would very highly recommend!!

We have been very pleased with service provided by Distinct Heating and Cooling over the last several years. Prompt and efficient service. I also appreciate that they typically send the same tech for yearly furnace/air conditioning tune ups. This year we had a new tech whose name is Aiden. Having an efficient furnace, and a company that installs and does yearly checks to make sure it's running properly and having the same staff over years tells me that this is a true and trusted company to be putting my Warmth in their hands. As well as checking the air conditioner once a year. If you're needing a new furnace, this is definitely the way to go family run very organized company with safety in mind. .

We met Nate 12 years ago at the Calgary Homeshow. We were so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of HVAC systems, we called him out to our home for a site visit. Over a few years, we had Distinct replace and regularly service our furnace, humidifier, A/c and hot water tank. His staff follow his commitment to customers, and our home safety/comfort. We have referred our neighbors and friends to Distinct for their valued services. Of late, we found ourselves in a predicament that required urgent attention. They were out to our home same day. We guarantee that repairs on your equipment are fixed properly. Specific repairs are guaranteed for one year or the repair is free.

TUNE-UPS / ANNUAL SERVICING

If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will give you a full refund. If our technicians smoke or swear in your home, or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service fee.
