“Hello There; A Service call for our A/C unit, routine as it is new, and this was the first regular Maintenace Visit. Your Technician, Owain was amazing, just like the entire Team we have dealt with over the past 18 Months. Owain was very punctual, extremely polite, and very understanding explaining what was accomplished during the routine service visit. He took time out of his very busy schedule to show me the Humidifier as I did have a question concerning it. He also verified the Furnace Air Filter we had, would work for our furnace as it did require changing. I would highly recommend Owain for any further requirements for work on A/C or Humidifier or Furnace. Terrific representative of Distinct Heating with his skill, professionalism and wonderful patience with clients. Way to go Owain!!!”

“As always a thoroughly pleasant experience from start to finish. Furnace install was a two day job owing to some complications which were pointed out at estimate time. We hardly knew they were here. Workspace was kept tidy the entire time and things tucked away overnight so that it looked like they were done even though coming back the next day. End of job clean up was the same. Both Christian and Jaden were polite, professional and answered any question we had thoroughly and patiently. Hands down Distinct is our top service provider experience!”
