“Nate and his team exemplify exceptional professionalism and efficiency. Recently, I encountered a problem with my old furnace, which failed to ignite on a chilly day. Coincidentally, this occurred during a long weekend. Nate promptly responded to my message within 30 minutes, providing a detailed explanation of the cost difference associated with their services during holidays. He informed me that his suppliers were closed, making it challenging to procure necessary parts (if required). At my request, Nate scheduled an appointment for me on the first working day following the long weekend.

Distinct’s responsiveness and courtesy are commendable. I have placed my trust in their recommendations due to their expertise in the field. They recommended a suitable furnace without attempting to persuade me to purchase an overpriced model. On the day of installation, they arrived punctually and completed the work on the same day as promised. Additionally, they installed my air conditioner in 2021, and I was equally satisfied with both the installation and ongoing service.”
