“Hello There; A Service call for our A/C unit, routine as it is new, and this was the first regular Maintenace Visit. Your Technician, Owain was amazing, just like the entire Team we have dealt with over the past 18 Months. Owain was very punctual, extremely polite, and very understanding explaining what was accomplished during the routine service visit. He took time out of his very busy schedule to show me the Humidifier as I did have a question concerning it. He also verified the Furnace Air Filter we had, would work for our furnace as it did require changing. I would highly recommend Owain for any further requirements for work on A/C or Humidifier or Furnace.
